Want to exchange or return an order? Follow these 4 simple steps.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After this notification (indicating the return) you have another 14 days to actually return it.

1) Check whether your order meets the specified conditions:

Because our products fall within the hygiene policy, they can no longer be returned when they have been used or when the seal has been broken. Each order will be delivered in a transparent sealed bag and warning sticker so that you can easily determine whether the product meets your expectations without having to break the seal. This way you can safely decide whether the order can be returned or meets your expectations.

2) Register your return via https://MonicaM.montareturns.com/

Please enter the last 4 digits of your order number (for example 1123) and the email address you used when ordering.

Then you can easily print out a return label within a few minutes.

Within our returns portal you can easily choose a carrier with which you want to send the items, please note that prices may differ per carrier based on occupancy, weight and the value of the shipment.

3) Pack the items as safely as possible, preferably in the original packaging and enclose the returns form.

4) Drop off the package at the post office and make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the delivery and we do not like to create misunderstandings.

Once we receive the package, we will make sure that the money is refunded to your account within 6-14 days.

Returns will be processed and/or assessed as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the package in our warehouse.

NB:

We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount if the return is damaged or incomplete.

So make sure you open your order carefully and do not unnecessarily damage or tear the box.
