Half-Size Dolls
All products are shipped from our own stock in Oosterhout, smaller dolls such as masturbators or torsos are delivered within 3 working days if in stock because the inspection takes less time than with the larger dolls and these products can be delivered by regular mail.

Full Size Dolls
Larger (full body) dolls like Annabel and Chantal can take up to 9 business days to be delivered due to a strict quality inspection that takes a bit longer. Also special freight needs to be planned for this as couriers like PostNL and DPD do not accept/transport packages over 30KG. For these orders we always plan a delivery day in consultation with the customer.

Pick up of torsos or Full-Size Dolls is also possible at our warehouse in Oosterhout, however we do not have a physical address or showroom for customer visits and we do not accept cash payments.

Custom Dolls
These dolls are custom made and usually have a delivery time of 4-9 weeks. For these orders we always schedule a delivery day in consultation with the customer.
